- The section of this website entitled "FRENCH PROPERTY & HOUSES FOR SALE BY OWNER IN FRANCE" is provided for use by you the user entirely free.
- You the user accept that the veracity and accuracy of all information provided by the contributors of information to these pages regarding property for sale in France is entirely the sole responsibility of the said contributors and, if you have any dispute with the contributors, you will deal directly with them. However, if you notify me via the feedback form of any misrepresentation by contributors I may, at my own discretion, remove their entry from the listings.
- I am in no way acting as an agent in any dealings you have with the contributors and it is your responsibility to employ any qualified experts necessary to advise you during your purchase of a property in France.
- I do not receive a commission from the sale of any property listed on this site and if at some future time I introduce paid listings to the web site my charge to contributors will be solely to cover my labour in converting submissions for web presentation, constructing the pages for the listings, and uploading and hosting the pages on my website.
- Whilst I have requested contributors to advise me when a property is sold, I have no way of enforcing them to do so or verifying that a property has sold if they do not notify me.
- It may also be the case that a property remains listed through my own error or that I make other omissions or errors whilst formatting the information for web presentation. You accept that this may be the case and agree not to hold me liable in law for any such errors or omissions.
- You the user agree that you will indemnify me from any claims by you or anyone acting on your behalf arising out of your use of this free service.
